Doug Hardy

Doug Hardy conducts in-house alignment training for Specialty Products. He also develops and maintains the training curriculum for in-house, online, and on-site alignment training. Doug has been an ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician for more than 25 years with an L1 Advanced diagnostics and G1 Maintenance and Light Repair Certification. He also holds a Colorado Vocational Teaching Credential.

Doug was a General Motors service technician for 12 years attaining GM Master status. Doug also taught at two colleges with Automotive Technician Training programs. He has been with Specialty Products for over a decade and besides teaching class works with the engineering department to help with product development. He also helps maintain Tech-Line support when not teaching.

Mark Willis

Mark Willis conducts in-house and on-site training for Specialty Products. Mark has trained automotive technicians, service advisors, and shop owners throughout the United States. Mark has also held numerous on-site training classes in the Far East and Canada.
 
As an applied engineer, Mark also supports SPC’s new product development doing fitment trial on a variety of vehicles. He also provides tech support thru the Tech-Line.
 
Mark has over 30 years’ experience as an owner operator of successful independent tire stores and automotive repair shops. He has a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University. Mark is committed to helping auto technicians and shop owners become more efficient and profitable.
