JOUNCE SHOCKS
The Jounce Shock is a patented form of bump shock that will maximize the capacity and performance of the vehicle suspension. The nitrogen charged secondary shock adds additional compression damping and controlled rebound to the vehicle’s existing suspension system. The result is: exponential suspension bottoming protection, increased stability and handling at all speeds, and reduced stress and loads for both the vehicle and driver.
When the suspension compresses it drives the shaft of the Jounce Shock into the Jounce Shock body. The shaft compresses the nitrogen volume and since the nitrogen is in a closed cylinder, the nitrogen pressure increases dramatically as it compresses. This gives a smooth exponential increase in force (like an air spring) instead of the force spike that occurs when typical suspension systems bottom out
Most systems are designed such that the Jounce Shocks do not engage the suspension of the vehicle at ride height. Therefore, the system does not alter the ride height or on-road ride quality of your vehicle. When you have a heavy payload or take the vehicle off-road, the suspension will compress more and engage the Jounce Shocks for a smoother ride

25501 JS 15 FLEXMOUNT ASSY
The 15° Flex Mount assembly can be welded to a mounting point, providing 7.5° of articulation in any direction during compression and centering the Jounce Shock during rebound. The 15° Flex Mount will most often be used with the Cupped Foot and Domed Target on the shaft end of the shock (part #25601)
25505 JS FIXED MOUNT ASSY
The Fixed Mount assembly can be welded to a mounting point. It provides a simple attachment point for the Jounce Shock. The Fixed Mount will most often be used with the Domed Foot on the shaft end of the shock (part # 25602.)
25508 JS COIL CARRIER MOUNT ASSY
The Coil Carrier / Bolt Up Mount can be sandwiched in your spring seat or bolted to the bottom of a frame.Plate can be trimmed to square as a bolt up or welded frame mount.
25530 JS FRAME SIDEMOUNT ASSY
This universal mount provides a versatile weld or bolt on option to mount a Jounce Shock in a fixed position (trim to fit).

25601 JS CUPPED FOOT & TARGET ASSY
The threaded Cupped Foot with the Domed Target,which can be bolted or welded to your JounceShock for up to 30° of motion as your suspension travels.
25613 CUPPED FOOT & DOMED TARGET
The Cupped 90 Durometer Rubber Foot & Domed Target allows up to 30 degrees of JounceShock motion as your suspension travels and articulates. The 90 durometer rubber cup with stands high compression while maintaining silenced coupling of the cup and target.
25606 CUPPED RUBBER FOOT-90A
The Rubber Cupped Foot screws directly onto the shaft end of the JounceShock.The high durometer Cupped Foot is normally used in conjuction with the Domed Target(which is bolted or welded to the control arm or axle).This Foot targets your JounceShock to meet the Domed Target area with up to 30 degrees of motion!The Rubber Cupped Foot is both quiet upon impact and durable making it ideal in reducing noise for those who use their JounceShock equipped vehicle as an everyday driver.
25602 JS DOMED FOOT
The Domed foot screws directly into the shaft of the Jounce Shock. This is the most traditional of bump shock ends, and is most often used in an application with some scrub on a target plate.
25604 JS DOMED FOOT
The Domed foot screws directly onto the shaft of the Jounce Shock. This is the most traditional of bumpshock ends, and is most often used in an application with some scrub on a target plate.
25605 DOMED RUBBER FOOT-90A
The Domed Rubber Foot screws directly onto the shaft end of the JounceShock.This high durometer Rubber Foot is used primarily in applications with scrub,or sideways movement, onto a Target Plate.The Domed Rubber Foot is both quite upon impact and durable making it ideal for reducing noise for those who use their JounceShock equipped vehicle as an every day driver.
